More about baking?

Zum is a Hobart bakery known for it's award winning breads and cultured breads. I gained new styles, techniques and skills which I now apply to new breads I make today.

 

Having worked with a very talented head baker I was exposed to more flavor inducing artistic breads and culture. From these experiences I now make pastries by hand.

Bakers delight is where I received my training and completed my apprenticeship. I produce bread in bulk at high quality standard.

 

Maintaining this bakery was not a hassle because our team was well organized and effiecient. Also at the end of the day maintaining a 5 star standard.

I successfully completed my certificate III in retail baking - bread at the Drysdale Skills Institute. 

 

While I undertook my apprenticeship I participated in the retail baking - bread - World Skills Australia contest.
